Before you move in, we ask that you review our breed restrictions and schedule an appointment so our office team can meet your pet. 

Two animals or fewer allowed per apartment. 
All animals must be six months or older. 

In addition, a written and signed consent form, veterinarian statement, additional security deposit and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community. 

The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted at Greystar communities: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman German, Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa, Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard.
